Comparison between SPC stone plastic floor and rubber floor

SPC stone plastic floor and rubber floor belong to the same elastic floor, but there are differences: composition and production process are different: rubber floor is divided into homogeneous and heterogeneous. Homogeneous rubber floor refers to the vulcanized floor which is based on natural rubber or synthetic rubber, with the same color and composed of the same single layer or multi-layer structure; heterogeneous rubber floor refers to the floor which is based on natural rubber or synthetic rubber, and its structure includes wear-resistant layer and other compacted layers which are different in composition and / or design.

The packing of compacted layer includes skeleton layer.

The color is different: the colouring of rubber floor is more difficult, because rubber has strong color absorption, so most of the color of rubber floor is relatively single, while the color of SPC stone plastic floor is very many, which can be combined arbitrarily to give designers more choices. Installation convenience is different: SPC stone plastic floor is light in texture, convenient and fast in installation, rubber floor is heavy and hard to install.

Moreover, the installation method of rubber floor is relatively strict. If the method is not correct, bubbles will appear, and the requirements of self leveling foundation are relatively perfect, otherwise the defects of the base will be exaggerated. There are differences in market demand and wear resistance: due to the high price, the rubber floor is only used in some high-end places, and the scope of application is relatively small, so SPC stone plastic floor is widely used due to its ultra-high cost performance, with huge market potential. In addition, the rubber floor is more wear-resistant. It is very suitable for places with large traffic such as airports and stations, as well as transportation modes such as planes, trains, subways, cars, ships, etc.
