What are the differences between SPC stone floor and linen floor?

SPC stone plastic floor and flax floor belong to the same elastic floor, but there are differences in composition and production process: Flax floor is made of a mixture of oxidized flaxseed oil, cork and wood powder, which is laminated on the jute backing. The stone plastic floor is a solid foundation of using natural marble powder to form a high density and high fiber mesh structure. Its surface is covered with an ultra-high wear-resistant polymer PVC wear-resistant layer, which is processed by hundreds of processes. From this point of view, flax uses pure natural sub hemp raw materials, while the stone plastic floor uses natural stone powder and natural resin.

It is a pure green environmental protection material. There are differences in wear resistance and stability: the flax floor is generally scratch resistant, and the flax floor is hard and soft, which is why the flax floor's thicker scratch resistance is not very good, which is better than SPC stone plastic floor.

In addition, the dimensional stability of flax floor is general, therefore, strong glue must be used, in general, the stability of flax floor is less than SPC stone plastic floor. There are differences in easy maintenance: Flax floor needs to be maintained in natural light, samples and objects will be different, light yellow, flax floor has poor resistance for maintenance products (pH > 7), flax floor needs to be re used and polished, waxing must use special maintenance products. Linen flooring is much harder than SPC stone flooring, but because the surface is porous, all stains must be removed quickly, otherwise the surface will be difficult to remove the marks, and must be re polished and waxed.

Because it is not a thermoplastic material, it can not be recycled, and it is easy to wipe off the burn marks, but for the deeper burn marks, the permeable SPC stone plastic floor is much easier to polish than the linen floor. Installation simplicity is different: linen flooring is difficult to install, and if the indoor temperature is too low, linen flooring will break. Due to its absorption characteristics and size instability, it is necessary to use strong glue to install the product quickly. For example, one day, an installation team can lay 80 to 100 square meters of SPC stone plastic floor, or only 60 square meters of linen floor. Linseed oil is not sensitive to temperature and cannot be welded with electrodes of the same material, so it is not a weld but a "seam". Therefore, the linseed floor cannot be classified into E3 waterproof grade. The linseed floor is not suitable for humid rooms or areas with cleaning requirements. The linen floor will give off a strong smell and stay in the installed room.
